Eco-pea coal

For all stakeholders, businesses and organizations we offer wholesale deliveries of coal, prepared specifically for use in modern automatic solid fuel boilers. Such heating units with automatic batch feeding of the solid fuel are nowadays widely used in all the developed countries around the world. The solid fuel for automatic boilers are in high demand. It is highly "environmentally friendly", has low sulfur content and low smoke when burn, low ash content and high heating value.

The correct nature of the combustion of fuel and minimum sulphur content are the main requirements of reliable and solid uptime of equipment throughout its life cycle. It is the quality of the fuel that boiler will last 5 years and will be working to its full obsolescence or even longer.

Another important requirement for automated solid fuel boilers is the homogeneity of the fractional composition of fuel that is to be observed the same size (approximately) of pieces, no too large and no too small pieces. It is important in automatic setting for uniform flow and for a complete and uniform combustion. The main part is a screw feeder or a piston. This is another (constructive) feature of boilers, which makes high demands on the size of the fuel used. The presence of lumps in excess of the size of 25 mm may cause jamming of the feeding mechanism and can cause damage to the boiler and the subsequent costly repairs.
It is also essential that the fuel used in the automatic boiler has minimal degree of caking. Otherwise, in the combustion process in the burner there may be formed a solid "cap" of the sintered fuel pieces, which would prevent the filing of the next batch of fuel. It can result in the decay of boiler and failure of the burner.

One of the types of solid fuel, which complies with the requirements (size, environmental friendliness and ash content) is the fuel pellets made of various raw materials of vegetable origin. But they burn very quickly (high consumption of fuel) and do not give as much heat when burned, as given by fossil coals. Of all the coals, anthracite has the highest heating value, which even leads to the burning of combustion chambers.  It lit for a long time, but because of very long lit, fireproof residue tends to cake.  Even with low ash content, it creates certain inconveniences and problems.

The best option of fuel in this case is hard and lignite coal and particularly suited for tasks B3 brand of brown and L (long) of the stone. Once obtained ordinary coals stamps (BR, etc.) undergo enrichment, that is separation from the rocks and dirt, and then sieving, i.e. sorting by sizes. Then sizes are allocated into 5-25 mm and  desired "ideal". Thanks to this size of "peas", coal is used as the main fuel for any automatic coal-fired boiler.

Therefore, such coal has become the most sought-after by consumers using automatic solid fuel boilers. It is due to the fact that it is well and quickly ignited, burns for a long time (less than anthracite, but longer than pellets) and emits a lot of heat when burned. Its net heating value is about 5500 kcal / kg. Higher temperature and duration in comparison with less consumption of raw materials gives turns per unit of heated area and reduces the recurrence of filling the boiler hopper.

In addition, this coal is not caked (caking index for Horn is less than 20 units), which is very important. This ensures the normal operation of the automatic burner without slagging and clogging.
For its low ash content (up to 10%) and low sulfur content (1%), it has got a non-official name of "eco-peas."

Thus, our company offers all interested individuals and organizations high quality coal for automatic solid fuel boilers, also packed in convenient polypropylene bags of 10 and 25 kg. That takes into account any requests, tasks and objectives of consumers and sellers.

We look forward to our collaboration.
